Be Quiet!!
No matter what we go through; and no matter how lost we feel and overwhelmed we find ourselves; Jesus is the Rock that is Higher. He goes out of his way to show us every day how much he loves us and wants that sweet communion with us. There is a scripture in Psalms that says, "sing upon your beds." Another says "commune with your hearts upon your beds." I know that the last few days I have been doing some of both. Many of us have battled this messy virus that has been passed around.
There are times the Lord "makes us to lie down."In those times we should just wait and listen and let the Lord talk to us-about ourselves; marinade in his presence and allow him to minister to us.
My husband bought a devotional for me called LISTEN TO THE QUIET by Shauna Hord. We all need to slow down and learn how to be quiet. There is strength and confidence in the quiet.
